Chop Suey with Korean Leek
When someone was asked to say what's your favorite food, there are different and various answers depending on people. Despite lots of answers and favorite food, I think there are some common reasons why we choose some kinds of food as favorite things. First reason is feeling about the food. It concludes how you taste, smell your food and how you describe it to other person. Last one is food has its own story. Food's feeling is also important ,but how you first met your food is more important. It means your favorite food has its own context which can give you pleasant memory. So I want you to introduce my favorite food 'Chop Suey with Korean Leek' following my two rules.
Chop Suey with Korean Leek might be a little strange. It comes from china. We can eat it with steamed bread called flower bread. When you first have flower bread, you only feel dull dough. But I really love its light feeling. That's why I can't sick of it. After unwrapping flower bread to each piece, eat sliced mushroom, Korean leek and meat mixed with oyster sauce wrapped in flower bread. Main ingredients for chop suey is Korean leek .but our family loves vegetable. So add various vegetable from paprika to mushrooms. Mixing sauces for Chop Suey are diverse. Chief of all, oyster sauce ' s little salty feeling will never forget.
Above mentioned, I'll tell my story for Chop Suey. I first knew it by my high school teacher. She said her favorite food was Chop Suey. After listening her tasty description. I pestered my mom to make it. My mom didn't enjoy cooking ,but for encouraging her daughter, on that evening I can have it. Like other Chinese dishes, it was a little oily. My family didn't enjoy it except me. When my mom want me to cheer up or show special love, she certainly made it. I had it delivered several times ,but delivered food can't compare with my mom's sincere dish on white plate. Chop Suey with Korean Leek is still my best food on and on,
