1. What I like about this piece of writing is the first paragraph. Because I could feel your affection towards Kimbab through your childhood story.
2. Your main point seems to be your favorite food ‘Kimbab.’
3. “It is hard to define the taste of 'kimbab' in one word because there are a lot of ingredients inside it.” struck me as interesting because I could agree with you. I also believe that it’s impossible to define Kimbab with only one word because of its harmonious taste from all ingredients.
4. Some things aren’t clear to me. You said that “'Kimbab' is not that complicate to make.” However, in your last paragraph, you also said that “'Kimbab' also take effort and time to prepare it deliciously.” So I’m confused.
5. The one change you could make that would make the biggest improvement in this piece of writing is the second paragraph. I think it would be much better if you put more words about the taste of Kimbab or your affection toward it because this is the writing about your favorite food Kimbab.

'Kimbab' is one of the Korea's traditional food which you make it basically with 'kim', 'bab' and other ingredients. 'Kimbab' takes some time and effort to make it deliciously. First, you place 'kim' and on top of it, put 'bab' with other ingredients you want to put inside. After you roll it, with a knife, cut it into pieces so it's available to eat it in a one bite. It is hard to define the taste of 'kimbab' in one word because there are a lot of ingredients inside it. Moreover, 'kimbab' tastes different according to what kinds of ingredients you had put inside when making it. If you had put a lot of vegetables inside 'kimbab' it would taste fresh. If you had put a lot of tuna and mayonnaise when making it, it would taste sweet and the smell would be aromatic. When my mom or I make 'kimbab', we usually put a lot of vegetables and cooked meat with sesame oil. Therefore, our 'kimbab' smells really sweet and a little bit salty because of the meat. It's also chewy and a bit spicy too, since we put a small amount of fried hot peppers inside our 'kimbab'. Different ingredients inside 'kimbab' form a new kind of taste which is hard to feel on other dishes. This is why it is fun and exciting to make 'kimbab' when going out for a picnic or a trip since you never know what kind of taste you'll get for lunch that day because the taste of 'kimbab' differs depending on the ingredients you put inside.
